How long does it last?
It depends on the product, the hair and the aftercare. Where a manufacturer states a duration we quote it on the product page; we make no promise of our own.

Do I need a strand test?
Manufacturers of professional smoothing treatments ask for a strand test before the full application. Follow the instructions and precautions on the label.

Can I return an unopened product?
Our refund policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned except where the law requires.
